BLP consolidates growth with expansion of Leadership Team

In May 2017, Billard Leece Partnership (BLP) celebrates 22 years of practice in architecture, urban planning and interior design. Over the last year, BLP has expanded its service offering, consolidated its sector expertise and experienced substantial growth, culminating in senior promotions across both the Sydney and Melbourne studios.

Associate Directors and Associates are people who the Directors recognise embody BLP’s core vision and values, and form the basis of BLP’s Leadership Team whose skills and contributions play a key role in shaping the culture, success and future direction of the practice.

BLP is pleased to announce several promotions at the following levels:

Associate Directors

Associates:

Underpinning this exciting period of growth is the appointment of Grant Roberts as BLP’s National Delivery Leader. This role will see Grant sharing his 35 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of project planning and delivery and practice management, to mentor project leaders and support teams across the entire practice; it is an essential part of BLP’s commitment to successful project delivery, value-added outcomes and client satisfaction.

Director Tara Veldman commented:

This is an exciting time for BLP, with our strategic sector leader appointments and subsequent growth laying the foundations for a strong future ahead. Our leadership team will guide BLP’s efforts to provide innovative design solutions for our clients across Australia and internationally.

Director Mark Mitchell added, “We value the contributions, knowledge and diverse perspectives of each staff member, and consider nurturing their skills and career development a fundamental part of what it means to be part of the BLP team.”

Together with the entire leadership team, the Directors of BLP congratulate their new leaders, and look forward to the next 22 years.
