Chantelle’s early career was with a design and construction firm focusing largely on domestic alterations and additions. This gave her the great advantage of seeing the building process from both the architects’ and builders’ perspectives.
She came to BLP in 2003 bringing sound management skills and pragmatism to projects under her responsibility.
Her experience of Health and Commercial projects has given her design management capabilities which can be transferred between project types resulting in insight into efficiencies and innovation of each sector.
