Guy’s 20 years of experience, expertise and industry leadership in the area of CAD and now Building Information Modelling (BIM), together with state-of-the-art technology, makes it possible for BLP to competently manage projects of scale and complexity. Testaments to the practice’s BIM expertise have been published in Australian, American and European magazines.
A reflection of the commitment to BIM, Guy continues to extend the range of skills available to the practice, including the development of 3D imaging and presentation media that include ‘fly-through’ presentations, virtual interactive model visualisation, photomontages and web-based presentations.
In September 1999 Guy was one of a number of world-wide representatives invited to be a member of the Triforma User Council, an advisory group to Bentley Systems the developers of Microstation Triforma. This council communicates new ideas and directions for BIM software.
