Bing contributes a sound knowledge of cost-effective construction and a rigour with consultant coordination to all projects he leads. He has broad experience in the design, documentation, urban planning study and contract administration stages of projects ranging from residential development to health, laboratories and sports facilities.

Prior to joining BLP in 1997, Bing worked with Nation Fender Architects, where he was in charge of the documentation of Bendigo Art Gallery, Besen Residence and other single dwelling residential buildings. Before working there, Bing also worked for Peddle Thorp Architects, where he was involved in Penang Aquatic Centre, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, BHP Leadership Centre and various other large scale building projects.

Bing started his career as an architect in China, where he was the project architect of the design and documentation of museums, commercial and residential buildings. He was also involved in the redevelopment of a retail district and in the schematic design of different airport buildings.
