We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our team based in the Melbourne CBD on a permanent basis.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills/experience:
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in studio and operations management within a design or architectural environment.
- Strong capability in project and resource management, including forecasting, allocation, and utilisation to balance workloads and meet commercial targets.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience monitoring project profitability, budgets, and cashflow in collaboration with finance teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination and communication, particularly across leadership teams, business development, and HR functions.
- Experience overseeing quality assurance programs and maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of facilities and premises management, including space planning, brand presentation, and vendor or landlord liaison.
