He is known for successfully guiding complex developments from business case and feasibility through to design and delivery. As a Sector leader, Dev has led prestigious, award-winning healthcare projects across Southeast Asia, Australia, and the UK. His expertise spans capital expenditure planning, due diligence, procurement of design and delivery teams, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of robust governance frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and regulatory compliance.
In his previous role at IHH Healthcare – one of the largest private healthcare developers and operators across Southeast Asia and Western Europe, he led the project development and corporate governance, supporting the IHH’s broader business expansion strategy.
Today, Dev leads BLP’s Asia headquarters in Singapore, driving growth in one of the world’s most dynamic hubs for healthcare innovation and transformation.
