The new areas provide flexibility for staff to educate and students to learn in a positive bright motivated environment, a vast improvement to the existing buildings.

BLP has recently completed the Speers Point Public School upgrade to accommodate the growing City of Lake Macquarie community. The rebuild upgrade includes the refurbishment of the existing library and classrooms into special education classrooms and amenities, as well as levelling the areas around these buildings for ease of access.

The project will provide new permanent innovative learning spaces for five classes, a new hall, administration building and library.

A refurbishment of the existing library and classrooms has provided special education classrooms and easily accessible amenities and was completed in early 2019.
