Perth Children’s Hospital finalist in 2019 World Architecture Festival Awards

Perth Children’s Hospital has been shortlisted as a finalist at the 2019 World Architecture Festival (WAF) in the ‘Completed Buildings: Health’ Category.

The paediatric hospital is a world-class facility providing the best possible clinical care for future generations and the base for continuing outstanding paediatric research. Everything was designed for a child’s perspective, from lowered window seats to pops of colour and visual treats at their eye level.

Designed in collaboration with JCY Architects and Urban Designers, Cox Architecture with HKS Inc for John Holland, we are proud to be recognised by the world’s largest architectural awards programme.

After attracting more than 1,000 entries from 70 countries, the WAF awards will be judged in Amsterdam from 4 to 6 December 2019.
